This activity takes place at the state of the art karting complex on the outskirts of Barcelona and provides great entertainment for both the experienced go karter and the first timer.

The activity consists of 3 time trials where you will be looking for fast times as well as racing against your colleagues. The third session will be a race off to decide who the winners and losers are.

There are prizes for the winners who can celebrate in traditional formula 1 style. If you are a big group we will split you into 2.

The indoor track is about 15 minutes from Barcelona. It’s a twisty circuit with a bridge, a tunnel and fast corners. All transport is included in the price. There is a guide to look after you throughout the duration of the activity, a modern bar for drinks, light snacks and a great viewing area to observe all the thrills and spills.

All the equipment is provided by the circuit. You’ll be required to wear overalls and helmets and there’ll be marshals making sure you respect the course rules. For larger corporate
groups, team racing can be organised as well as a mini formula 1 style scenario.

We take you to Spain's premier skydiving centre to experience the thrill of jumping out of a plane. This is not the cheapest of events, but, in terms of adrenaline buzz, tandem diving cannot be beaten.

We pick you up from your hotel or apartment in Sitges allowing plenty of time for the transfer to Empuriabrava. Please bear in mind that the trip takes about two and a half hours. The wait is worthwhile, however.

You will be given a safty talk, introduced to your instructor, an experienced sky diver, who you will be entrusting with your life and then you will safey board the plane to take you up for an experience of a lifetime!

On completion, you'll have the chance to purchase a DVD and/or photos of your jump - this is not included in ourprice and you pay the centre directly. Once you've signed in, you will be weighed - YOU CANNOT JUMP IF YOU WEIGH MORE THAN 100KGS (APPROX. 15 AND A BIT STONE).

You'll be able to enjoy the bar facilities and watch your videos on the big screen over a refreshing well deserved beer. The return trip to Sitges tends to be far more animated than the outward leg.

COME INTO OUR KITCHEN AND ENJOY A HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS, FOLLOWED BY A COMPLETE, WONDERFUL MEAL!

Join SEO’s unique cooking classes in Sitges or Barcelona and discover the secrets of our traditional cuisine. You will learn how to cook the authentic typical dishes of Spain (Paella, Gazpacho, Tapas etc).

You can start with a walking tour around the local market, getting plenty of tips on picking local, seasonal products and you will be given a shopping list of ingredients for your cooking experience.

For the second part of the activity, the teams are transferred to a private venue where they have to prepare a three course meal, including a paella, or another chosen dish, within a set time limit and with the given ingredients. The instructions on how to make the paella can be supplied in English or, the more challenging option, in Spanish (with a dictionary for each team to help with translation!).

Once completed, the dishes are judged and marked by an expert, based on the following criteria: Organisation, Presentation and, of course, Taste. There will be prizes for the winning team.

Once the whole activity has finished the food can be enjoyed by the teams in a more informal atmosphere, where the groups can mix and socialise over a glass of wine.

To finish, the events manager will give some general feedback on the day and present the prizes.
